Mr Palermo is a Chartered Accountant and has been in practice since 1978.  His main areas of expertise are corporate services, corporate advisory and company administration.

Mr Coleman is responsible for the growth of Globetel Communications Corp‘s business in the Asia Pacific region.  He has successfully established partnerships and joint ventures for American, Japanese, Danish, Dutch and Australian companies.  Mr Coleman was CEO of a major division for an internationally recognised Dutch public company with substantial operations in the US.  Having returned to Australia in 2001, he was CEO of an Australian public company specialising in IP PBX applications and CP equipment before working with GTE. Mr Coleman began his career as an accountant in Australia, completed a Master of Business and lectured in Strategic Management at Curtin University.  He has focused on growing companies and international business development since 1986.

Paul Anthony Ingram, MAusIMM

Mr Ingram has worked in South East Asia and the Far East for the last twenty years where he has directed major mineral exploration programs and raised required capital for funding this work. Mr Ingram manages all operations from project assessment to mergers and acquisitions and financing. He has conducted project assessments in numerous countries including Australia, Mexico, Greece, Thailand, Laos, China, Malaysia and Myanmar.
In the early 1980’s Mr Ingram was a geological consultant for EMS Pty Ltd where he advised clients throughout Australia on gold and base metal projects, eventually leading to the establishment of Menzies Gold Limited. In 2001, he was the founder of Caledon Resources PLC, with coal operations in Queensland and gold projects in China. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgical Society, a Member of the Mining Industry Consultants Association and a Competent Person (Geology).
